Please be aware that substitutions may occur if flowers are unavailable. Please indicate to us if a substitution is allowed on your order. Every effort is made to attempt delivery of your order. However, our policy is that we will phone the recipient to make sure that they are avaible to receive this delivery first. If recipient is not home we will leave a phone message and set up a time with them to re- attempt delivery. We will not deliver without calling the recipient first and it is not our policy to leave arrangement when no one is home. We value customer service and freshness and quality of our product.
